Alive At 25 Scholarship

If you would like to be considered for the Alive at 25 Defensive Driving Course Scholarship, please fill out the form below with your information. Once your form has been submitted, you will be entered into a drawing. We will randomly select 2 scholarship recipients per month. If you are selected, you will be contacted by a representative from The Werner Law Firm. After confirming that you meet the age and voluntary status requirements, you will be instructed to come into the office for a tuition voucher, which you can use to attend an Alive at 25 defensive driving course.

If you are not selected you will automatically be entered into the following month’s drawing. There is no need to fill out the form again. Multiple entries will not increase your chance of being selected. Abuse of the entry form will result in disqualification of current and all future drawings.

The mission of Alive at 25 is to provide teen and young adult drivers with the skills and experience they need to become better drivers. Data has shown that this age group is at the highest risk of highway fatalities and teen driving accidents are the leading cause of teenage death in the United States.

The Alive at 25 defensive driving course is designed to encourage young drivers to take responsibility of their driving behavior. The course is highly interactive and the instructors use everything from humor to skill practice to educate the students. An important aspect of the program is that it teaches young drivers the highway accident data, why they are at higher risk, and how drugs and alcohol greatly increase the risk of injury or death from an accident.

You must be between the ages of 14-24 to attend this course, per Alive at 25′s policies. Additionally, to qualify, you must NOT be under a court order to take this course. All tuition vouchers must be picked up in person.
