The Free Accident Kit is designed to assist drivers who have been in an automobile accident collect the necessary information to protect your legal rights.  The Free Accident Kit includes a variety of items that will assist you if you are in an accident.

If you would like to be considered for the Free Accident Kit, please fill out the form below with your information. Once your form has been submitted, you will be entered into a drawing. We will randomly select 4 Free Accident Kit recipients per month. If you are selected, you will be contacted by a representative from The Werner Law Firm. You will be instructed to come into the office for a Free Accident Kit. If you are not selected you will automatically be entered into the following month’s drawing. There is no need to fill out the form again. Multiple entries will not increase your chance of being selected. Abuse of the entry form will result in disqualification of current and all future drawings.
